Earning your Degree without breaking the BANK!
Many older adults seeking a call need qualifications but can’t afford to give up work to go to a brick and mortar seminary. Well fear not, LAMP has made learning a degree easier and affordable for the working and sometimes economically challenged adults who are active in a local church. The price for credit hour in a regular seminary can range from $300 to $600 per credit hour. LAMP wants to keep this Seminary training affordable to the student. For this reason most facilitators, mentors and coordinators (faculty and staff) do their work free of charge to the student. Nevertheless, LAMP believes in the biblical teaching that the laborer is entitled to his wages, thus the prices of each Learning Sites can vary from the below guidelines.
LAMP works in the context of a local church. We specialize in working with adults who have a secular vocation, family (wife and kids) and serve in the local church. For these adults, attending a brick and mortar seminary is difficult and rather costly. LAMP program gives these students an opportunity to get trained for ministry without sacrificing family and ministry involvement at their local church. The charges listed below are current as of the date of their original publication; however, they are subject to later changes as deemed proper by the Seminary.
