What you will need
Prospective students desiring admission to LAMP Training must file a formal application with the following credentials:

- Completed Application Form. A completed and signed application must either be submitted as a printout of the form available in the Student Forms section or by using the online enrollment on this website. If a Learning Site still needs to be established you may also submit directly to LAMPs Main Office at 18274 NW 21st Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 or via E-mail to admin@lampseminary.org. All applications must be accompanied by the below documents. Scanned copies are sufficient.
- Transcripts. Official transcripts from all institutions attended must be requested by the applicant, usually in writing, and sent directly to LAMP Training. No transcripts are required for students desiring to audit classes.
- References. LAMP Training requires one (1) reference from your pastor and one (1) personal reference (non- family member). (A helpful hint: Provide your references with a LAMP-addressed, stamped envelope to facilitate their timely response!) Reference forms can be found in the Students section under Student Forms.
- Personal Biography Essay. Applicants must submit an autobiography of not more than two pages which describes your early life and background. Include your conversion experience, Christian and non-church activities and reasons for desiring to attend LAMP, including: Your vision for and call to ministry. Your sense of how you will benefit from and use your training in support of local church ministry.
- Photograph. We would appreciate a recent photograph or snapshot of yourself to be sent with your application.
- Application Fee. An application fee must accompany the application: $50.00 for credit programs or audit. (Make checks payable to LAMP Training)
- Interview. A personal interview by the Learning Site Coordinator is required for all degree programs. Please contact your Local Learning Site Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.

Reference Information
Names and complete addresses are REQUIRED. List two references who will complete recommendation forms for you. One of the recommendations should come from a Pastor who knows you well, and the other from an adult Christian friend who knows you well. DO NOT list relatives. Forward reference forms to the appropriate people for completion

Statement of Faith/Conduct Policy
Statement of Faith

LAMP Training requires its students to affirm the following Statement of Faith. Students acknowledge their understanding of and agreement with these essential truths, which are vital to the gospel:
1. The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments (excluding those books commonly called the Apocrypha) are inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
2. There is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
3. Our Lord Jesus Christ is God and man in one person. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and vicariously atoned for sin through His shed blood and death. He was bodily resurrected from thedead. He ascended to the right hand of God the Father and will personally return in power and glory.
4. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of lost and sinful man.
5. God justifies the sinner on the basis of Christ’s righteousness alone, which is imputed to him by grace alone and which is received by faith alone.
6. Eternal life is received by faith; that is, trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
7. The Holy Spirit indwells all true believers and enables them to live godly lives.
8. Both the saved and the lost will be resurrected from the dead; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
9. There is spiritual unity of all true believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Conduct Policy

LAMP Training requires its students to abide by the following Conduct Policy. Students acknowledge their voluntary submission to the spiritual discipline of Christ as set forth in the word of God. The LAMP Training program assumes that its students will conduct themselves as mature Christians. The program reserves the right to dismiss a student whose conduct is found, after due process, to be in violation of the moral, spiritual, and ethical principles of Scripture as interpreted by the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms.
